Commercial Roller Blinds Installed at Filwood Green Business Park – Case Study

Filwood Green was a pioneering development for Bristol City Council and the Homes and Communities Agency, providing a BREEAM Outstanding office and workshop space focused on sustainability. The development includes solar panels, sedum roofs, EV charging points and provides for small and medium-sized enterprises with an environmental ethos.

We were selected to install commercial roller blinds, which were required to integrate with the natural ventilation units; as well as a complete run of motorised remote control blinds was provided in the soft meeting hub at the end of the building.

Low-VOC and PVC-free fabric was selected for the roller blinds to ensure a sustainable and healthy indoor environment. Fascias conceal the barrels to provide a clean, elegant result ideal for office and communal spaces.

The blinds play an essential role in providing shading, glare control and privacy for the tenants.
