Nerrols Primary is both a school and nursery, built in beautiful countryside on the edge of Taunton and opened in the new academic year in 2019.

As part of the Richard Huish Trust, the Nerrols Primary School is a modern learning environment utilising technology to enhance the students learning. With a vision to grow to 420 pupils, the area had to be maximised as learning space, and our client decided that an area that could serve as an outdoor classroom, an outdoor dining area and covered play area would be the best solution.

The main contractor, Willmott Dixon, placed a contract with us to provide a school canopy on this state of the art primary school. Our Spaceshade aluminium modular school canopy system was the perfect product to suit the client requirements. The students here have a comfortable and safe outdoor learning space where they can play under all year round.
