Robust, Weatherproof Design
We use toughened glass and impact-resistant polycarbonate side walls to create a robust, all-weather structure. Both side walls and blinds are designed to integrate neatly with our Spaceshade® aluminium canopies.
Create a Versatile, Multi-use Space
In addition to fixed side walls, we also offer wind-resistant motorised blinds which provide the option of being easily retracted during good weather. This provides additional flexibility for locations that are less exposed to extreme weather.

Installing a canopy is not just about the canopy itself – you also need to think about groundworks.
We include groundworks as part of our turnkey service, and project manage the whole installation for you, from groundworks to installation to resurfacing and final cleanup.

Glass & Polycarbonate Side Walls
We install side walls in toughened glass or durable polycarbonate to provide maximum weather protection.
Glass side walls are recommended if you’re looking for maximum visibility.
Polycarbonate is a more cost-effective alternative to glass, but is also extremely strong and weather-resistant.
Retractable Blinds
Spaceshade® retractable external blinds are a unique way to create a flexible outdoor space.
The blinds can be motorised or manually operated depending on the availability of a power supply. Motorised is recommended for convenience.
Spaceshade® blinds come with clear window panels providing light and visibility inside the canopy when the blinds are lowered.
Case Study: Ruth Gorse Academy
We supplied and installed a 14m x 10m dining canopy at Ruth Gorse Academy in Leeds. The canopy included motorised retractable external blinds to create a flexible outdoor dining area to free up space on internal facilities. The blinds are controlled via an app or remote control, and can be left raised during good weather or lowered in bad weather.
